Summary: used for a quick overview or updating key information
Full View (input data): used for entering and managing all details
Needs Letter: a view to track organizations that require official letters from the university
Today Follow-ups: shows all organizations that require follow-up today or are overdue, helping you stay on top of your communication
To Apply: a view to track organizations you haven’t applied to yet
Board: organizes internship opportunities by application status, allowing you to easily track and move them between stages

You can control what appears in the Summary view by choosing which properties to show or hide

Click on ••• in the table (View options) → Property visibility
To reduce the number of columns: add the application link directly to the Internship Title as a hyperlink, and remove the separate link column
Feel free to customize and add extra fields based on your needs, such as (Interview Date – Application Deadline- Internship Duration)

💡Use desktop for more flexibility

Last Contact: select the last date you contacted the organization
Follow-up Date (auto): the next follow-up date will be calculated automatically

*The current follow-up interval is set to 6 days

💡To change it:

Follow-up Date → Edit Property → Edit Formula → change the number in the formula

Reminder to Follow-up : Select the same calculated date, then click on Remind to set a notification and remember to turn on Include time

💡 Make sure to enable notifications on your device to receive reminders on time. If you have the Notion app installed, you’ll receive notifications directly. If not, you can use the Today Follow-ups view to keep track of what needs to be done each day.
